ANSWER: She could not know that a tape existed or others were aware of their *bond* and because she was supportive of Virgie & LB’s alliance against HK$. She kept her silence until LB betrayed Virgie.
What exactly was HK$’ official legal representation of ANS? The phony C.ceremony did not make him her husband. He was not the father of her child. He was not paid for, nor did he perform *legal* services. He was not the atty of record in her Marshall action. When she died he had no claim to her body or assets as a relative or creditor. Why did his testimony have any weight at the Seidlin hearing? The 2001 will was not a certified legal document and the named beneficiary Daniel was dead. HK$ represented no living clients.

How can HK$ claim theft of possessions from Horizons? He was not named on any lease or mortgage agreement. Except for HK$‘ clothes and toiletries, all the items in Horizons belonged to ANS or the Thompsons.

Perper is now a TH, contributing nothing of substance, on Nancy Grace. Sometimes Art Harris also. Is it a coincidence that not a word about the deaths of Daniel & ANS? The silence is deafening.
LB was accused repeatedly of being a stalker and they did throw the confidentiality case in his face. I believe the reason he got as far as he did was because of Opri.
Jackie is a trip. She is not afraid of Stern at all. No matter what they throw at her and how dismissive they are towards her she keeps on swinging.

He was Dannielynn’s father UNDER BAHAMIAN LAW. Seidlin should have put his foot down...DNA or the body goes to Virgie since she is the Next of Kin for Anna and Dannielynn since paternity was in question.
As for Horizons he should have been kicked out post haste when it came out that he was not the baby’s father. And especially after DL and LB came back to the states. Ridiculous that he’s still there.
