Bain says Rita’s tape has been doctored, but I’d be willing to bet it’s his tape that has been doctored. I do not believe him or Liz Thompson. I think they were both involved in trying to set Rita up. I feel sorry for Rita, but she set herself up for an attempted shakedown or scam when she didn’t verify her information and document it. I bet if the tourist business was hurt by this fiasco, you’d see some honesty coming from some of these Bahamians.

What really pizzes me off about all this

Bains is all willing to OUT and set up Rita for some damn book but when it came to TWO LIVES lost.. he didn’t make the same efforts!

Don Clark just called Liz Thompson a liar in so many words, and I believe him. Thompson and Bain are shakedown artists, IMO, and they give the Bahamas a bad name.

Mark Geragos just did a big flip flop, and now he thinks Bain is the only one doing an investigation. Bain hasn't done an investigation...he's run a scam on an American citizen. Who said Geragos was a great lawyer or had good judgment. He criticized Scott Peterson and then turned around and took his case, which thank God, he lost. He also lost the Winona Rider shoplifting case too!

Craig Rivero just said credibility was with Don Clark because he had heard $5,000 mentioned on the tapes of Bain and Rita!

When she was quesitoning Don Clark, he told her that she couldn't sit there and say she wasn't there (when he was talking to the nannies), She said "I never said I wasn't" but the other night with Bain, Bain said that Liz said she wasn't there. They both are two liars and for Pirro to say (at the end) I see some credibility on this side is ridiculous.
