My opinion is this: For whatever reason, be it passive aggressiveness because he was hurt that Anna wouldn’t return his affections (did anyone else think it weird that she went from not even looking at him twice to marrying him?), or be it all-consuming greed, Howard K. Stern sought to provide Anna with the tools to self-implode, enabled and misguided her through everything from her drug use to Dannielynn’s paternity.
There is no question that he has been under scrutiny for many months, even years.But, really, why shouldn’t there be? The fact that there is now a picture of Anna Nicole Smith, crying in grief-induced agony, lying next to her son’s dead body when Howard was allegedly the only other person in the room when Daniel died doesn’t bode well for him.The fact that a picture like the above mentioned and videos like the ones above even exist, with him as director of the disturbing footage no less, is despicable, heinous, and criminal, even from a basic human standpoint. Add these things to the growing mountain of allegations and conspiracy theories surrounding this whole Smith-Stern mess and you’ve got yourself a very guilty looking guy.
Of course, Howard is innocent until proven guilty. And I hope, for his sake, that all of these things tha have been circulating are not true. But my dad always used to say that everything in the dark always comes out into the light. And, to me, this video is one step closer to that light.

EVERYONE suspected it but now the truth is starting to emerge in the Anna Nicole Smith tragedy as unedited footage of the troubled star, days before she gave birth, is made public.
The damning footage shows just how cunning and manipulative Howard K Stern was in his dealings with the buxom blonde.
The video has raised serious concerns about the death of the star and her son Daniel and the star’s mental health as she has to be convinced by a nine-year-old girl that her doll is not a real baby.
It also sheds light on that footage of Anna Nicole Smith with her face painted like a clown, where she is filmed talking in a baby voice and acting weird.
A nine-year-old witness has spoken out to reveal she saw Stern give Anna Nicole a substance from a “white bottle” before the model started actind weird and started complaining of “brain trouble” the day he filmed her with her face painted.
At one point, Anna Nicole craddles the girl’s baby, believing its real and heads to the backyard pushing it in a pram. At this stage the little girl starts freaking out, realising that something is seriously wrong with Anna so she pleads with Howard.
She tries to convince Anna Nicole that the doll is not real by removing its batteries but the model is way too distracted to notice the girl’s pleas.
“Howard, please help ... please ... she needs a hospital ... switch off the camera,” the girl cries as Howard continues to taunt Smith, who is running around the yard in a daze.
The unedited footage, along with other incriminating photos have been handed over to authorities investigating the deaths of Anna Nicole Smith and her son Daniel in the Bahamas
it occurred to me, that the pic of Daniel in Anna’s arms, and the pic of newborn DL in Anna’s arms, are the same pose.
