Interesting. What is so blatantly obvious - KE did nothing (as a so-called psychiatrist) to help Anna overcome her phobias. In fact, KE used her psych. training to push Anna into total drug dependancy and psychosis.
That record alone should put her in the slammer. Her *care* was not negligence, it was deliberate, intentional patient abuse.
