He’s only been interviewed a couple of times and I’ve never seen him.

I can’t say much about him until I’ve been through that part of my notes. I know he and HKS were law partners when HKS was doing contracts for free for bands like the Young Dubliners (who I first thought were Irish, but now I think they were from Dublin, CA).

Shebby said he never brought in any business so they split up. I think their partnership was only for a short time and was a long time ago, like maybe 1994-95, something like that, when HKS was right out of law school.

His brother, Gary, the private school principal, also had a law practice, which he closed in 1999. I don’t know if they ever officed together and haven’t had a chance to go any further down that road.

Then, at some point, he claimed at the Seidlin circus, he was apparently partners with Ron Rale and Kooros James Kavarian, one of the witnesses to Anna’s 2001 will, now disbarred - he was the one who was the last to be with an Arkansas man who died of a drug overdose in the same hotel in L.A. - the Peninsula - where ANS once OD’ed.

However, I went through a lot of searches and never found evidence of that partnership, as in all of them ever having the same business address, so not sure about that. I did eventually find that HKS had once had the same office address as Rale had just before Trope, but I couldn’t ascertain whether it was during the same time period.
