That is the thing sod... Perper had the RX bottles and he is the one that supplied the dates! He is the one that tries to 'sell' the Cipro. He is the one with the job and the responsibility. He is the one that was so grossly negligent he states she took a bath and Cipro Monday night, went to bed by ten. But then he produces a list showing the Cipro wasn't scripted until Tuesday! How could Perper be confused, he is the one that made it all up. lol Not confusing to me to know that if the labs can't find it, tell you it isn't there in this day and age of easy identification .. then it isn't there. And I don't have a medical degree, Perper does. He was so fixated (why?) on forcing illness that when the CH toxicology came back, him and his team of 'experts' had to totally revamp their push for infection. I don't know if you ever read the adendum reports but they are interesting. He had initial tox by 2/9/07 He KNEW by then all about the benzodiazepines and still remained hell bent to look the other way for infections that weren't there. Perper made up his mind BEFORE he even had tox reports! What ethical ME does that? She could have been poisoined for all he knew! Yet he sets his mind, digs in his heals with lies. Then they go on to some moronic slippery 'maybe' twists and turns but now that the tox shows DEADLY levels of CH .. she must have died from drugs with the infections they can't find as contributiors. I cannot understand why Perper's autopsy has not been challenged. His appearance on Geraldo, IIRC, should have raised more red flags.

Just a trivial point, but on the book Perper pushes on Nancy Grace, his co-author is Dr. Michael Weston, MD, President of Broward County Medical Ass. In academic articles, not infrequently an author would add a string of co-authors as a favor for them who then would reciprocate, thus each building up their credentials. Or it might be a special favor. Same for at least a few books involving co-authors.

Dr. Weston might be a legitimate co-author. Maybe I searched in wrong places but I could not even find where Weston received his degree. His specialty reportedly is emergency medicine and has also served a secretary of the BCMA.

Nature, are you suggesting that when he spoke with Dr. KE, something green passed between them? I realize you haven’t drawn that conclusion, but Dr. Perper looked so far the other way that he ended up with his neck in traction.

While rereading the autopsy report this morning, something else stood out. The chloral hydrate bottle was found next to her bed with some of its contents missing. But Howard’s preferred method of giving her meds is through a straw. I don’t know, but it strikes me that Howard would never just leave a bottle around. It strikes me as staged for the purpose of blaming Anna for swigging too much of it. Fuzzy detail needs clarifying.

He so clearly used KE’s dates and lies to establish the end result.

He then just matched findings to those lies and discounted everything else, or used convoluted nonsense to obfuscate. If it didn’t fit he made up sh*t.
