[HKS saying something to ANS that’s her real baby down there, riley also saying that, ANS looking at stomach with puzzled look]

Geraldo: [Riley?] switches doll off to prove its a toy
ANS - “DON’T OPEN HER SKIN” [appears upset]

[video] - HKS - (tape was) “never to be released to the media but someone stole it to make her look bad”

Geraldo: Stern complained background music may have made tapes unusable
(HKS heard in background of tape saying tapes unusable)

HKS heard giving camera instructions “Anna watch your boob”, says to someone, “don’t show that [Mike/Mark?]” also says, “the pole is white” [note: future color-editing reference???]

HKS says, “this footage is worth money”

Shelley - I was sitting in an interview that morning... I was there four hours securing the home, told them they could get back in, no police showed up, they didnt’ stop us they didn’t stop the plane from taking off, if his friends were outside, why didn’t they stop me? why did they allow it?

Geraldo: You’re the legal owner?
Shelley: In my father-in-law’s name,...letter from Callenders that we own it

Shelley: The night ET played a video(?), Mark Steines knew I was going there, because I was on his set - we didn’t set that up...we left our numbers there

GBen: Daniel is laying in the bed Anna had been occupying, laying in the middle of the bed, Anna is laying horizontally beside him, Anna only a third of her body on bed, holding on to Daniel, crying, wanting the Lord to take her, “why are you doing this to me”, these kind of things most mothers would do...

Craig: did she say anything to HKS at that point?
G.Ben: Howard, I can’t believe this has happened, look at my baby!!!

Craig: At some point in time HKS told you to gather,,what did he tell you?
GBen: He told me just before we were leaving, there was three bags in the room, he told me to guard these bags with my life

Craig: ....one of these bags you later learned contained Anna’s drugs?
G.Ben: that’s correct

Craig - when Howard takes the pictures did you say anything? He say anything?
GBen: Yeah, I said, “Howard, what you doing?” and he said, “ I’m gonna take this picture, it’s probably gonna be worth a lot of money some day.”

Craig: what were your thoughts when you heard him say that?
GBen: I couldn’t imagine anyone thinking like that at that point in time

Craig: Howard has said on other interviews he took that picture for Anna to leave the room
GBen: No, the only way, Anna wouldn’t even consider leaving the room..the doctors...a psychiatrist had to come in and highly sedate her

Craig: so Anna said, take these pictures, Howard?
G.Ben: No, I did not hear her say that

Craig: did they secure that room?
G.Ben: No

Geraldo: did they search the room?
GBen: no

Geraldo: ...and HKS has the nerve to go on international television and claim ‘he’ is the victim

Geraldo: any other person in that room?
Craig: G.Ben was only other person

Geraldo: G.Ben was an eyewitness to HKS taking pictures and saying it would make some money

Geraldo: .....?? is going to make avail to him the tape, the whole unedited tape and the picture of Daniel

Gerragos: I was thinking that very thing, that obviously the investigators would want to take a look at that, that I would assume would play a role in their investigation and
give them what they are looking for. They don’t open an investigation unless they’ve got a target, and some kind of end goal, and that end goal is Howard.

Geraldo: ...want to get back to it a little later and a
change of pace (switch to baby found in tornado rubble)

Geraldo: Alright, we’ll continue....

Geraldo: ...a consistency between drugs?
Craig: According to Wecht, there was a lethal combination of methadone, lexapro and zoloft..a lot of same drugs were also in Anna’s system when she died

Geraldo: and yet prochelli(?)?, HKS testified that ANS had not had methadone for five months before her pregnancy

Shelley: Dr Perper made the comment [methadone] was in her system 3 days before she died

Jeanine - everything that HKS has said, both under oath and not under oath, here’s..here’s a guy trying to make money off video, off her dead son, delivering pills to her every
24 hours...If this isn’t enough for a prosecutor to get involved...I don’t know what is !

Geraldo: what was your reaction, {Ran?}

(dont’ know who was talking) : Horrified; Ford, I really sympathize with you what happened with your daughter there, basically begging, begging, for her to get help, begging
for someone to take her to the hospital...it seems like, ... giving production notes, it doesn’t sound to me, it doesn’t sound to me that someone is taking a video for their personal collection, ...taking it to make money in the future

Geraldo: What gets me is the hutspha really, to go on Larry King and say Monday is Tuesday

Geraggos: maybe Anna was acting and he’s just giving her cues? ...it might have been an audition? (laughing) If I’m wrong I’m sure there’s a lot of “creative” prosecutors and
