Geraldo came back after a break with Ryan Smith and a woman Judge added to the panel. The Judge passionately states there is a case to be made against HKS. Ryan Smith also chimes in his disbelief at what HKS inflicted on Ford Shelly’s little girl. BTW Ford had said that he didn’t want to release this tape but decided that the truth had to replace the lies HKS is telling. Ford was very emotional in a guy sort of way. Said his daughter has had emotional difficulty dealing with what happened.
The first commentator (?) male talks about the methadone found both in Anna’s bile and in Daniel upon autopsy. Without saying it, Geraldo is putting a case together of HKS drugging Anna with a bottle that made her hallucinate (methadone??). Ford said that she was in a lucid state of mind when he dropped off his daughter. Next fact, Daniel is dead of methadone (large amount has been rumored although we haven’t heard the official autopsy yet). Next fact, Anna is dead with traces of methadone (taken three days prior to her death) in her bile. HKS’s long, delicate hands had been in control of all that methadone.
Geraldo deserves kudos for doing this show tonight. Shelly’s decision to turn the tape over to government will make a difference. The only thing that worries me is Jerry Brown being in charge of this tape. Jerry Brown’s interest is in making a national name for himself on a celebrity drug case. This is not primarily a drug case, but possibly a case of two premeditated murders. One in the jurisdiction of the Bahamas, and one in the jurisdiction of an Indian tribe in Florida.
You said it better than I could. There is a possibility that Howard could be charged with Endangerment to a child and attempted murder to an unborn child. That is 2 counts of murder/manslaughter and 1 count attempted murder of Dannielynn and 1 count of Child Endangerment. We may not even need the inquest in the Bahamas since that is such a mess and Howard will be in jail.
I didn't see all the Geraldo program, but, hopefully, they will rerun it tomorrow and I'll watch it then. Mark Geragos comments were off the wall...if they're an indication of his intelligence, I believe I'd look elsewhere for an attorney to represent me!
