Thanks for the info.What I found to be surreal was seeing Howard K.Stern’s name on the document before the Supreme Court.What if he loses.Rte66-God bless her soul- said he had no case and would lose.

The California DA is appealing the crazy ruling by Judge Robert Perry. This was reported in the March 4 issue of The Beverly Hills Courier. But I couldn’t copy the link. There is something not right with Judge Perry. When I get time, I will try to find out more about him. His actions were just too over the top.

I heard that Aphrodite Jones had or will have a show looking into the death of Anna Nicole Smith. The person did not remember the channel and thought maybe it was an obscure one. Allegedly on it Larry B. states that he does not want his daughter to grow up thinking somebody killed her mother. Or something like it. Larry B. is so silly (and nasty). He was not present, so he cannot say nobody killed ANS. However, evidence indicates that somebody did, either deliberately or through criminal recklessness.

Yes, the house did go on sale. Howie asked the courts to transfer the title from Smoochie Lips, Inc. to himself. And Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff was happy to do it.

Howie has another lawsuit against the estate of J. Howard Marshall. At one site, they wondered if, in reaction, the J. Howard Marshall estate might be tempted to investigate the deaths of ANS and son.

I mentioned this case to a lawyer, and he said he does not understand how such a baseless litigation could have been going on and on.

Judge Beckloff acted according to law, whether you like it or not.

Anna Nicole’s Estate did NOT get money. That’s the FINAL decision. Formally, Smith fought against Executrix Mrs. Pierce Marshall not Howard Marshall’s Estate. Pierce was the sole heir of the H. Marshall Estate and when he died in 2006 his wife became his Executrix. Formally, Smith fought against the Pierce Marshall Estate NOT the Howard Marshall Estate. Your comment about JHM Estate “investigation” is malicious and ignorant. BTW, Smith was not a multi-millionaire when she died. Smith’s Estate was insolvent with huge debts, bills, etc. Smith’s Trimspa contract was revoked with impending fraud lawsuit.
