Yesterday when Nancy Grace lavished Dr. Perper again with praise (surely he must be paying the show to do it, even Jean, a sub for Nancy, did it), the doctor was in California. Maybe it was in connection with the case against Howie. Or maybe he was just taking in the tourist spots.

Heard rumor Howard K. Stern has beens served for back taxes re Anna Nicole Smith estate. This, the lawsuits, and the charges he is facing in California should keep this dork hopping.

Bill O’Reilly today showed a video of Anna Nicole Smith making out with one of her doctors, the one who claims to be gay. Yuck! The doc might be bi.

.........prosecutors will file an amended complaint at a discovery hearing Wednesday.

The document increases the number of charges against Smith’s lawyer boyfriend Howard K.Stern who is billed as an aider and abettor of two doctors charged with prescribing for Smith the drugs that killed her. A preliminary hearing in the case is set for Oct. 5 but the date could change as the result of Wednesday’s status conference among attorneys for Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich.

I would imagine we can thank Virgie for any pursuit of Justice in this case.

I do hope that she can bring both her daughter and grandson back to the USA.....where they belong.

As far as daddy dearest......Shame on him for what he put Virgie through. It was always about the money wasn't it Mr. Hollywood....I'm sure someday, we will find out that he was a sperm donor and gave up all rights to that child.....Until Uncle Howard did Nicole in....

Finally justice, I hope. Dr. J. Perper was in California last week when he appeared to answer softball questions on Nancy Grace. Unless it was a coincidence, maybe he had to testify. There should be another autopsy on Anna Nicole Smith since Perper’s was a farce. Perhaps then even more serious charges can be made.

Bill O'Reilly showed the video of ANS and Dr. S, Kapoor cuddling. It was a riot.

Thanks for the update. I saw a headline on Yahoo news this week about a doctor warning those who were feeding Anna the drugs that killed her- but did not know more was in the works in court. We’ll see if Stern gets out of this as he has gotten out of all the rest.

It could have been a doctor that you read about giving the warning.

I have only heard about a pharmacist - in fact more than one - refusing to fill the prescriptions and warning that if she took such a cocktail of drugs it would kill her.

A talking head (I forgot which show) stated that those around ANS kept her drugged because it was to their own benefit. the clown video says it all.

Could one reason for burying ANS in the Bahamas be to reduce chances for another autopsy or just to stick it to her family? Howie and LB certainly are not crying at her graveside. When was the last time they visited the grave?

Does anyone know where Brown got those lurid videos/photos of ANS with the doctors?

Probably the only two people who really loved her throughout her messy life were her Mom and Danny.

The most vicious person in this was Estrovich or whatever her name was...Howard comes next.

Remember ol’ Howie - the renowned home movie photographer??? You would have to believe he made dozens of such videos for future (?)family reunions i.e. pornography sites and/or blackmail potential!!!

Yes, that's so Howie, always ready and willing with the camera if there was a buck to be made. The Clown Video, now a classic. Those photos of dead Daniel. The lawsuit against some doctor (Texas?) who had a deal re ANS photos.

And he has turned some of them over to Brown to get the heat off himself? iirc, in the video I saw on Bill O'Reilly, Howie was missing from "activities."

Your comments made me wonder if there is a video of the interview Dr. J. Perper conducted with Dr. Eroshevich. On Geraldo, iirc, they were critical of Perper re his comments on how Dr. E. helped him.
