Since Michael “The Icon” Jackson's death, slight passing comments have been made to the ANS death. Last I heard, Howie's lawsuit against Rita Cosby is still dragging on. Also heard, Rita Cosby is in Greece where she received the prestigious Artemis award.

These lawsuits drag on and on. Last I heard Virgie's was going well. Opri vs Birkhead should be funny.

Such miscarriage of justice that Virgie was not allowed to bury her daughter in the US but strangers decided she should be left in the corrupt Bahamas, a country that made sure her grandson's homicide would be covered up. I wonder how often Howie visits her grave.

The last I heard, and I hope this has changed, Birkhead had not let Virgie see her granddaughter. That would be plain sadistic coming from a sperm donor.

In the blink of an eye and the stroke of a pen things have dramatically changed for Virgie Arthur. Today it was learned that California Courts have deemed Virgie the “next of kin” in the death of her daughter Vickie Lynn aka Anna Nicole. This is a Very Good Thing !!!

Hopefully, this is true. My heart really bled for her....grieving for both her daughter and grandson...while the press, the courts treated her like dirt.

Why do I think that if she is in charge, and that includes the money, daddy will dump baby like a hot tamale.

It looks like this “next of kin” is desi9gnated for the purpose of this suit.

Larry was never married to Anna...and in fact that conflicts with the little "wedding" ceremony with Howard. Larry is absolutely no heir or next of kin to Anna.

Would love to find evidence of Larry being a sperm donor...and writing off any claim to the child. That would fit ALL the events much better than what has occurred. I think that Howard acted as Lawyer for them in that matter and everything becomes confidential...even blackmail after her death.

We know Anna. She wanted a pretty baby and that certainly left out Howard....who is repulsive to say the least.

But I don't think Anna wanted any strings...not with the old man's money still on the line. I'm sure Larry wrote off any claim to the baby....and that's why he wasn't asked to come to the Bahamas when Dannie Lynn was born.

When the judge ordered the DNA, Larry and Howard quickly became corroborating friends....the object being to dis Virgie in every way from obtaining any rights at all.

In my heart, Virgie is the proper person to be the guardian ad litem.

I agree.Someone knows and I hope they come forward.She should be allowed to see her grandchild.I think Howard will drop this lawsuit.He has much bigger things to worry about.

Sounds as if Howie is trying to intimidate anyone from criticizing him of anything. Perhaps he is afraid of much more serious claims than anything in Rita Cosby's book, “Blonde Ambition.”

I read somewhere that the depo’s will be open to the public soon.The judge scheduled the pre-trial conference for Sept. 11, 2009. Remember when we were all so happy that Larry was the baby’s father.These people are strange.

Now the the executors of ANS’s estate are looking into an escort service that uses a topless picture of ANS in its advertisements. Larry B. is threatening a big lawsuit. That should keep him and Howie and RR busy.

Houston Chronicle reports, re lawsuit filed by Virgil Arthur, the blogger Teresa Stephen has been released from jail after she agreed to turn over her computer. Another blogger claimed in May hers was stolen.
