Good observations. I did not understand how the authorities could say with such confidence that it was not suicide. I heard that the Feds are investigation doctors. Why not in Anna Nicole’s death?

She owned a bookkeeping service. I couldn’t ever find anywhere listing her as a CPA, so couldn’t really ever confirm whether or not she was an accountant of any kind.
She seemed to have gotten involved in several other businesses as well, besides the Flurtz thing, but what her participation was in the others, I couldn’t ever find.
That foundation is the one they told the world they would create when they accepted the payment from People Mag and others for the commitment ceremony photos, ostensibly to pay for Daniel’s funeral and fund this charity in his name.
So, it was something they pretty well *had* to do, because they announced it publicly - and HKS had gotten lots of questions about where it is.
This obviously is some PR thing in advance of the final parts of the inquest, so the big omission can’t be pointed out. I’m sure they’re also using it for dual purposes, of course.
Poor bankrupt Anna?? Me thinks not...The boat, the "stolen house", the "stolen" jewels...It goes on and on.

OMG! I guess later today on the next ET, they’re going to “announce” the foundation - and the other purpose I just speculated about is ... da-dum ... a job for Dannielynn!
Also, they’re claiming that money has already been given to a program in The Bahamas for underprivileged children that Anna wanted to help.
Hmmm, how much you wanna bet, IF they actually gave any money at all, it was to the boys who build boats for King Eric? Ha, they probably gave The Cracker to King Eric and said that was the donation!

She used to rock you right here, ‘til you fell asleep.” All on camera, of course.
Not to be outdone by Larry, Howard K. Stern gave a statement to ET:
“Today is extremely difficult for those of us who were close to Anna Nicole, and we ask that the media please respect our privacy. In memory of Anna Nicole and her son Daniel, we have created the Anna Nicole and Daniel Wayne Smith Charitable Foundation. It will benefit charitable causes that Anna Nicole supported during her life: children, the elderly, and the treatment and cure of AIDS. Hopefully it will grow, help more people each year, and eventually be headed by her daughter Dannielynn. All donations through February 2008 will benefit a charity in the Bahamas for underprivileged and at risk youths that Anna Nicole wanted to help.”
Respect his privacy? Oh come on Howie, now you’re just lying. I’m sure statements from Virgie Arthur, Bobby Trendy and whoever else knew Anna for ten seconds will follow. The only statement I care about is Sugarpie’s!

Birkhead and Stern To Sue Over Anna Nicole Book
Anna Nicole Smith’s former lovers Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern have filed a lawsuit against the authors of a controversial new book documenting the late model’s life.
Birkhead and Stern claims Pol’ Atteu and Patrik Simpson, the authors of “Anna Nicole Smith: Portrait of an Icon,” are solely trying to make money out of stolen pictures of the former Playboy model and were never actually close to the tragic star.
Birkhead — father of Smith’s daughter Dannielynn — says, “The only thing I know about them is that they tried selling pictures of Anna without her permission, and were booted out of Anna’s life for approximately two years.”
He adds, “I am offended by the stupidity of these bozos who are trying to make a buck off a so-called friendship
.
“They were not true friends of Anna; in fact, she was very skeptical of them. I remember many times being present when Anna would not take either of their calls.”
The book’s publisher Jody Gibson confirmed she has received legal documentation on behalf of Stern.
She says, “Howard K. Stern had his attorney send me a letter wanting to sue me. He said that (the authors) stole two ‘priceless’ pictures that are in the book. But they signed a contract verifying the authenticity of content. How do I know Howard owns what he’s claiming to own?”
She adds, “Larry Birkhead was a hanger-on who wanted to get in on the act and had a brief moment with Anna. And lo and behold, he is the biological father and holds the key to her future through her child.”

Wow...how can they even say that these two weren’t close to Anna. After her death they were all over the news and wasn’t it Pol and Patrik who let them know that G. Ben/Shelley had gone into the house after Anna’s death.
For heaven’s sake - this isn’t the last ET on ANS’s death - it continues on Monday! My Lord! What is wrong with these people?
Tonight it was Larry taking DL to Horizons and rocking her in the “same rocking chair” where ANS would rock her to sleep. They show an old clip, but none of the ones where she almost drops her. Then DL “got to” crawl around in her old crib and play with her old toys.
They went on and on about how the room had not been changed since the day Anna died. (What? I thought the place had been ransacked by “thieves”. Was that a lie?) There was a TinkerBell Barbie doll still in its box hanging overhead and LB took it down and said he had sent it to her as a baby.
He still carries her around like she is an invalid and it’s more than creepy. Is he just too “Joe Cool” to put the “little princess” in a stroller? This is horrible. It makes her look like those little 1950s children with polio.
They started off the segment saying that “those who loved Anna most” were gathered *tonight* at Lakeview Cemetery to honor Anna. Then they showed Larry “arriving” with DL and HKS “arriving” alone, while the voiceover was saying Howard came “with family,” with no one in sight.
They had shown a still and a clip of Virgie, but then never mentioned her again - playing up LB and HKS being “those who loved Anna most.”
At the end, they read the statement about the Foundation, saying it would benefit underprivileged and at-risk youth, and people with AIDS. They left out the “elderly” as mentioned in the written statement.
Then they had a preview of Monday’s yet-another installment in this trainwreck coverage. It’s Dannielynn in a “Baby Bikini - her mother’s legacy.” She’s splashing in the pool at Horizons, which they keep lying and saying is Anna’s house.
And the piece de resistance? They’re taking her out on The Cracker, the “yacht” her “mother was buying when she died in FL.” For that segment, DL has on a bandana to match her top, wrapped “island-style.”
DL is a darling-looking little girl, but this is all more than repulsive.
Yikes! We don’t get Access Hollywood here until the following day (the ones today were yesterday’s), so I don’t think I’ll see that until Monday, unless it airs around 4 AM “tonight” and I don’t think it does on weekends.

- Tony Potts pointing out that no witnesses are allowed to be in the inquest courtroom until their time to testify but hks has been in the courtroom every day of the inquest and that he was able to hear that Daniel had 0.79 (sic) mg/l of methdone in his blood and 22mg still in his stomach and hks heard that
It was also pointed out by one of the gals that at first, Larry was considered ‘somewhat of a ‘hero’’ when he first returned with DL but now we have DL being paraded at a memorial service. Tony Potts said that Larry had said on the plane home that he didn’t want any paps around, but that ever since then he’s had nothing but paps in dl’s face and as a pap himself, he should know what it does to a person to have cameras in their face all the time. One of the gals made a comment that it seemed inappropriate to have dl at graveside with paps, and what would we expect next? paps at dl’s first day of elementary school?? [seems the tide has turned on opinions of Larry].
Potts also said that all thru the body-hearing trial, and also thru the babydaddy hearings, although LB and HKS publically appeared they were fighting, they were holding ‘many’ meetings ‘in secret’ and he says they were working out deals between them

Still hanging in the closet are the clothes bought by her doting and excited mother, and hanging on the wall is a Tinkerbell doll, a gift from Larry before he ever met Dannielynn. Now, it’s in her hands once more.
