That actually happens all the time down here. In my work it’s a rarity if the child takes the name of the mother. I’ve worked with some kids and they’ve got the daddy’s last name and the kid hasn’t seen them their whole lives. Go figure. Makes no sense to me.
They do this for child support reasons, I’m guessing.
No...most don’t even try to get child support.
Then perhaps to go on record to prove who the father is?

During the *sting* tapes - Lawyer is heard to adamantly refuse any kind of payment.
I have a tiny observation.
It seems that J.Hatten gave Rita the story about LB&H$’ coupling.
That might be why Don Clark raised the matter with the nannies. (Clark says the nannies brought it up - Liz Thompson says Clark did - or it wasn’t discussed at all)
I don’t know how long it takes to write a book - but the Clark interview was May 5th and the book was typed, vetted, proofed, printed, bound and on the shelves by Sept.4th.

I think it may be some deep needed desire to be a family..hoping the man will come back and claim his child. Which is really sad cuz it usually doesn’t happen and you have two or three kids in one home with different names. If I was single and having a child I would definitely give that child my last name. I’m surprised she didn’t do the same with Danneielynn...it would be another way to connect her to Daniel.
Out of curiosity, I searched for Tony Potts on the Internet. I just did a superficial search to see if he ever lived near Howard Stern's family. Found his date of birth but nothing much else about his personal life. On one site, when asked for place of birth, it just listed "USA."
Many questions remain that the media is failing to ask. Howard Stern's "picking up dogs" story does not fly too well. Glad Liz Thompson was shown for a liar, which should hurt any book deal.

As stated before - there was more than one incident - at more than one place.
At one location a tape was running.
What I find interesting is one of Lincoln’s points he attempts to use is he wasn’t talking on his tape, just yeah yeah and “Rita is saying it all”.
Then we get Rita’s tape and ol Bains is jabber jaws himself. :D

We should wait for the inquest. It’s clear that the Bahamian media, aka Lincoln Bain, hates the American media. We share that sentiment - what a dilemma!
The average Bahamian people had nothing to do with the legal fiasco and official corruption surrounding Howard K. Stern.
Maybe Americans should continue to patronize decent, hard-working, law-abiding Bahamians and maintain good relations with them. Eventually, they’ll take care of their political corruption problems. Being obnoxious will not help our cause(s). Don’t know how a boycott will change their legal system or their corrupt lawyers.
I agree and also Bain is expecting to cash in on this too.

Daniel’s death was *just a horrible tragedy* it was Anna’s death that made it a *story*.
The paternity fight was just a minor *inter-office* conflict between Brikhead and Anna.
Marshall’s money was on a back burner.
No- I think the harmonic convergence that made it *novel* material was definitely Anna’s death.
What gets me is how can Dr. E get on television and brag about giving a patient enough drugs to kill a horse. She seemed proud of it and not at all grieving about her “friend”. I still think she and Howard are in cahoots to get the Marshall money. Howard needed a doctor to provide the prescriptions and help with his plan. Looks like that smirk was wiped off her face when her house was raided. I enjoy all of your informative posts.

Marshall died unexpectedly earlier this week in the Dallas area from a brief and extremely aggressive infection, the family said in a written statement released through spokesman David Margulies. He declined to provide additional details about Marshall’s death on Tuesday.
