re: police statement - Linda Virgill went to the horizons, prompting Howie to allegedly call the house and tell someone to hide the drugs. Apparently she spoke with Anna at that time. I didn’t see her name on the witness list or maybe I missed it? Wonder if there is a statement from her?

re: 26 pills - i read somewhere ‘professional samples’ - that says ‘blister pak’ to me. (warrants thread? I’m not registered there so I can’t ask, maybe someone else can?)But we need Martino to talk more on this, because he allegedly was the one who packed Daniel’s suitcase.

re: methadone
i don’t know what the formulation of liquid methadone would be - what solvent - to keep it liquid.

[so, one might guess, that the ‘fillers’ or preservatives would be specific as to manufacturer, and, therefore, traceable if additives are able to be isolated from stomach/blood/intestine, etc]

yeah, that kinda bugs me...how would howie dearest know, that anna would have memory loss? wasn't that howie's reason given for taking the pictures? somehow that's a freudian slip - howie dearest was giving anna something that had caused memory loss in the past and he was anticipating it happening again - probably the same thing he gave her from mid-2004 on, for her foo-bar-ed appearances and maybe also part of the clown medications? just a guess.....but it buggs the begesus outa me

it's been rumored, and I sincerely believe it's true, that there were a LOT more than 'one' picture (or even a 'few') taken of daniel deceased.
More than ever, I'm convinced, we're looking at someone very much different from Drew Peterson - who's just another run-of-the-mill, dime-a-dozen, god-complex idiot cop wife-beater/killer. [when, are 'they' going to start psych testing cops for suitability every year? it's long overdue!]
Nothing about howie baby is run-of-the-mill. He's one downright scary, soul-less person to me and I am worried for Virgie until the day I hear steel bars slamming shut. :(

Taz's interview with Greta blew the "Grandma's remedy" away. Always said that Howard stayed close to Taz to keep her quiet. Then he met with Moe at the hospital and gave him the "scripted speech".

I truly think that Moe couldn't see the wrong in his statement "At the Time".

He and Taz and Brigitte and Gibson WERE there as friends. KE had left. and SHE was the drug pusher. He never mentioned HER status. I'm sure he bears a heavy burden of guilt for being "Howard's Other Clown" in that interview.

And don't forget, the drugs were in the room he stayed in. You can be damn sure that he checked all the bottles. He's a medic. He knows what the stuff is. And I'll bet he was the one that clued the medics that she was taking a lot of drugs and that's why they gave her that one drug....which would/could counter aany of the drugs she was taking EXCEPT THE CHLORAL HYDRATE.

Just thinking about Moe and the room he stayed in. The drugs were in his room according to the police report. Taz said she talked to Perper. Did Moe?

Howard must have been going in and out of Moe's room to get meds for Anna after KE left. If he wasn't, then there was another stash. OR, Howard had them in his bag and put them BACK in the other room before the police arrived.

No way would Moe just ignore a bunch of drugs in the open. He's a medic. He would have read every bottle and flags should have been raised when he saw the prescriptions in Howard's name.

I thought Wecht said the medics gave Danny a drug to counter an overdose. Why would the medics give Danny a drug to counter an overdose? There weren't any drugs around and he wasn't a druggie.

But I don't know if it was in regard to Anna's death or Daniel's death.

This last delay of the inquest was not Howard's doing...and I'm sure he's not happy.

As far as Larry testifying...His testimony would amount to nothing. He simply wasn't anywhere around...His original "I wanna testify" was a red herring simply because it was after Anna's death. He didn't want to look too friendly...just as in Seidlin's court.

Good points. I hope these perps in these two deaths are brought to justices. I have heard Bill O'Reilly, John Gibson, Geraldo, Greta and others point out repeatedly that it is beyond coincidence that you have a dead and missing wife in the Peterson case. This holds much more for Daniel & ANS - this has been mentioned several times on this thread. Who is the media is brave enough to follow up on this? Geraldo?

Even though Daniel and ANS were killed in other jurisdiction, the cases can still be investigated by the FBI. This is being done in the alleged rape case involving magician David Copperfield - about whom other sleazy allegations have followed. Bush has even put pressure on cases in other countries that did not involve any US citizens.

Baden stated a while ago "On the Record" that at least there is evidence for manslaughter. The Feds moved fast in the Benoit case, but here there seems to be a reluctance to proceed.

Brown appears the best hope. Just wondering how important a role, if any, sister-in-law Michelle Logan-Stern, an Asst. Attorney General in California, plays in the investigation.

I noticed on google news that Voice of America reports she died from an accidental prescription drug overdose. I am convinced beyond a reasonable doubt that it was no accident. The similarities with Daniel's death are just too overwhelming. IIRC, Geraldo and Pirro have said they do not believe in coincidences.
