I think it was either the police or it was a lie so that he could stay behind and clean up the room and call ET. IMO.
Before her program began tonight, Kimberly said she had talked with Rita today and they had emailed each other, and I was expecting some news. Unless she introduces something before the program’s over, it’s been a big bust for me.

Here’s what he said about it the other night on LKL:
” ... And when I got to the hotel room, there were emergency medical people there, and they wouldn’t let me go in. And they wouldn’t let me go to the hospital with Anna. ...”
I remember asking out loud here who “they” were, so I guess I missed that he had said “emergency medical people.”
We know he stayed behind and talked to the detectives from the Seminole PD (altho we heard he was inconsolable and lying on the floor in a fetal position, too - so take your pick). I imagine getting “the story” told to cops was first priority.
I just looked thru my notes because I thought I had just “heard” recently that he didn’t go because he was afraid he’d commit suicide if she died.
Found it - it’s a statement he made “to a close friend” and is quoted in Rita’s book - but I found it in Leroy’s lawsuit filing about the book.
He said (paraphrasing) that after seeing Daniel die, that he couldn’t bear seeing Anna dead (remember, he was still at the hotel and didn’t know for sure if she was alive or dead on the way to the hospital) or he would kill himself, too.
(Of course he made that same threat in his eulogy at her funeral, too - “as soon as his work is done” on her behalf - then he’d join her. Work=never-ending lawsuits. In other words, “never.”)

I heard him say that too! He was saying Jackie Hadden had never seen him nor met him, and that she had not been with Anna since he had been with her since 2003. That’s what I understood him to say, and I thought he met ANS in 2004.

That is really really odd and telling to me.
Why after all this time of testifying and a million interviews of 2004 did he switch (or slip) 2003! He claims he wasn’t around from 2003 to 2004. WHY in the world would he talk about not seeing Jackie for that year if he wasn’t around!!!!

noticed quite loudly that LB was totally silent during the show - after his first bragging that the nannies were supporting him - they never said any tape - and then......hehehe
quite a marked contrast from a few weeks ago, when he loudly claimed the nannies weren’t credible because they ‘were paid to help me in my custody’ suit.
IIRC, chief Tiger kept him there for questioning. Taz mentioned that nobody could leave, and it was several hours before even she could go...
