I can respect a difference of interpretation. We should all be allowed opinions. But opinions are not fact and should not be represented as false facts. Not all of us will agree. My question to your claim had NOTHING to do with nicorette. You did not say nicorette. You said “NICOTINE” was in her system and you CLAIMED it was in the official reports. Sadly, I’m probably not the only one that took you for being truthful.
You sourced ‘the Investigative report’. Are we to assume you lie about everything just because asked to support your lies? Isn’t this case difficult enough without deceiving each other?!

Media has a lot of errors out there. You can post false facts a zillion times. Obviously you posting it is not guarantee of truth.
We all ask questions of each other. I doubt very many expect a lie to be played back. You make a statement you can’t support and when caught you want to pull a howie.. look.. bad nature asked for proof or clarification. I have no intention of playing along with lying to fellow posters.

The article you now want to divert to ..”according to interviews” LMAO. Yes, we know about those *interviews* supplying Perper with a lot of stuff. Interviews are not tox reports. Nicorette gum found on a table is far from forensics finding nicotine in a dead body.
What gives is .. being truthful. I saw it on CNN, however, CNN was not what you were providing to support the false statement.
Big difference from “Investigative report” and media, truth or lies. Sources are important, I think most would agree on that much. Many comprehend these differences between official reports and media. They are important distinctions to make.
Neosporin was NOT in the ‘investigative report’, period. I think it important to highlight any and all of Perper’s bizarre inconsistencies and twists and this is just one more.
He adds Neosporine to his CNN media hype but leaves it out of an official report! Kind of like the number of drugs he would switch from reports and one media interview to another. Sometimes, 11 drugs, then 9 drugs, or maybe “only five really” etc. Neosporin is just one more flag for more questions.
Why leave it out of the report? Why add it at the last minute? If they knew enough to treat with neosporin, why the big late butt surprises? Did he write the report and then KE was ‘working’ him through additional communications? Is he in thick with KE? Love to see phone records between her and lumpy.
Did Perper toss in Neosporin? Did KE to show what a caring doc she was AFTER he did the butt dissection? AFTER she discovered her care plan might be in question? Where is the neosporine tube not listed in evidence? One more drug to add to the missing list with Ativan. Were they going to hide the shots then had to change plans? Brings us right back to Perp the Jerk trying to focuse on a butt when drugs killed her! One more thing to show he was way too invested in natural death. How nice of Dr Death to put neosporine on a butt... then left her drugged up friend to die from lethal drugs she RX’d in Howie’s name!!
Sources, inconsistencies and timing.. very important. I prefer to approach honestly without trying to deceive my fellow posters. If you need to lie and give false information I see why your time is full. That type of behavior is a full time job for Howie.

Sorry, posted before and widely discussed means nothing. I have seen Virgie widely discussed in some terrible unproven nasties. I don’t deal with rumors of falsehoods,not matter how many times some wish to pass them along.
I could say something 100 times, I have no problem providing sources each and every one of those 100 if asked. I don’t need to divert with excuses ‘many times before’. Perhaps you are referring to other sites? I haven’t seen the miscarriage said to be Ben’s child ‘widely discussed’ here.
Anna’s Kind of bad timing I would say since she supposedly didn’t meet him until summer 2005 and LB is referring to a miscarriage a year before the new pregnancy Jan 2006.

G. Ben Thompson, a Myrtle Beach, S.C., developer, says he owns the property in New Providence where Smith has been staying. He says he purchased the house for a bit less than $1 million in August as a favor to Smith, whom he befriended after he met her through neighbors in mid-2005.

But at one point, Birkhead said that Smith left town to go to South Carolina to visit a “wealthy gentleman” that he had once introduced her to. The two were intimate for the month she was there, according to Birkhead, but he and Smith reconciled when she returned.

My own words portion is formed from personal knowledge and experience. I get diazepam every six months. IV and 2 days to a week of pills follow. It used to be every two months. God is good. I entered that world however with some previous knowledge. I don’t know about most, but having years of experience with children’s seizures, and a slew of neurologist you visit more than your family, can’t help but gain some knowledge. The dog, what can I say.. that was a ‘shock’ lesson. If you knew or worked with severe alcoholics .. I don’t mean a Friday drunk, I mean screaming, raving mad DT’s, hallucinations, rats are over me, omg, their eating me alive screams .. Valium was the wonder chill pill.
Was it the Nannies or LB that said ANS would see rats? I thought oh oh immediately. Hard to know if her Valium was dispensed for DT’s, in conjunction with an Anticonvulsant med, an just an abusive idiot doc. All are possible. I will be curious to find out one day. Some of her meds must turn out to be legit needs. But, it is near impossible to explain all her meds at death time! KE better have records on her records! Docs can kill and walk, she knows it and smirks at the camera.

The father of Anna Nicole Smith’s baby says personal effects have still not been returned.
LARRY BIRKHEAD says that personal effects like his daughter DANNIELYNN’s birth certificate and first footprints have not been returned to him, after a break-in at ANNA NICOLE SMITH’s home in the Bahamas the day after she died, according to investigative journalist ART HARRIS of www.artharris.com.
Birkhead tells Harris that missing items include “a laundry list of things like birth certificates, the baby’s first footprints, personal photos, priceless things we need so she can know her mother.”
Meanwhile, a court hearing will be held in the Bahamas tomorrow concerning the break-in. The man who says he owns Anna Nicole’s Bahamas home, G. BEN THOMPSON, faces contempt charges and possible jail time stemming from the break-in, Harris reports. Harris spoke exclusively with Thompson’s attorney, GODFREY PRO PINDER, Thursday night, who revealed that Thompson will not be appearing in court, citing fears for his personal safety and “threats from the other side.”
Birkhead does acknowledge that Thompson’s son-in-law FORD SHELLEY flew to Kentucky in May to drop off some effects, but did not return all of the effects.
On the other hand, Shelley told Harris, “Larry [Birkhead] asked me to keep the stuff for him. But when [the late Anna Nicole’s partner HOWARD K. STERN] filed the theft report that I’d broken in, we turned it over and I turned over what I had. What I don’t have I can’t turn over, but when the time is right, it will happen.”

Anna Nicole judge no longer faces charge

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. —A retired judge who briefly heard arguments in cases involving the death of Anna Nicole Smith no longer faces a misdemeanor marijuana charge.
Prosecutors dropped the charge against retired Broward Circuit Judge Lawrence Korda on Thursday after he passed six months of random drug tests, Miami-Dade Assistant State Attorney Joseph Centorino said.
“He was treated somewhat more severely than someone else who might have been charged with this same crime,” Centorino told the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.
Korda was given a misdemeanor citation in March after police said they caught him smoking marijuana in a city park. He later retired.
Prosecutors agreed in May to dismiss the charge if Korda stayed clean for six months and performed 25 hours of community service.
A phone message left after business hours Friday by The Associated Press for Korda’s attorney, Michael Dutko, was not immediately returned.
The fight over control of Smith’s body began in Korda’s courtroom and ended up being heard by Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin. Korda later heard brief arguments in a related case seeking to determine the biological father of Smith’s daughter, Dannielynn. He ruled that a Bahamian court had jurisdiction over her custody.

Red Herring No. 3 Anna had a memory loss of events connected to Danny's death according to Anna's atty.Michael Scott.
The information had to come directly from Howard. Of course, Howard saved the day by taking pictures of Danny being dead and Howard could now manipulate anything that Anna said in the future. It goes to pre-meditation in Anna's death.

Jurors Selected In Smith’s Inquest

A four-woman, three-man jury was selected and sworn-in Monday to hear evidence in the coroner’s inquest into the mysterious death of Daniel Smith, the son of the late American celebrity Anna Nicole Smith.

The jurors were sworn in shortly after noon. Thirty-five witnesses are expected to be called to give testimony.
Smith, 20, was found dead at Doctors Hospital on September 10, 2006 while he was visiting his mother who had given birth three days earlier to a daughter.
An independent autopsy, conducted by celebrity forensic pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht, found that Daniel died from a drug cocktail made up of two different prescription anti-depressants and methadone, a drug used to wean heroin addicts.
On Tuesday afternoon, Coroner William Campbell told the seven jurors that their sole aim is to establish the cause of the death. The purpose of a coroner’s inquest is to determine how, where and when Daniel Smith died, he said.
At the end of the proceedings, jurors can make recommendations for criminal charges if they feel someone is criminally responsible for his death.
However, Magistrate Campbell pointed out that an inquest is not a civil or criminal trial. He told the jurors not to forget that critical point.
The coroner said at the conclusion of the matter “there is no verdict of innocence, guilt, or civil liability.”
“The very fact that the matter is before the Coroner’s Court suggests that police found no evidence sufficient enough to charge anyone with murder or manslaughter in the matter,” Magistrate Campbell said.
He added that criminal guilt could only be established in a criminal court.
Magistrate Campbell explained to the jurors that their role is to carry out “objective justice”, which he explained was “disinterested application of the law.”
“Objective justice can only be done if you consider the sworn testimony of the witness and nothing else,” he said.
For the benefit of the jury, Magistrate Campbell listed the “interested parties” in the matter.
They include Howard K. Stern, the former attorney and companion of Anna Nicole Smith, who is being represented by Wayne Munroe; Milton Evans and Deborah Rose are representing the father of the deceased, Billy Smith, and the maternal grandmother of Daniel Smith, Virgie Arthur.
Michaela Sumner-Budhi is representing Doctors Hospital; and the nannies for Danielynn Smith, Daniel’s sister, are being represented by Elizabeth Thompson.
Ms. Arthur and her American attorney, Neil McCabe – senior counsel with the Texas based O’ Quinn law firm – were present in court Tuesday morning.
“We already know where Daniel died and when Daniel died. The last question is how he died and was someone responsible for his death,” Mr. McCabe said.
“Whether that is true or not and whether there is enough evidence of that to proceed with either a civil process or criminal process depends on the development of evidence. This is one of the vehicles for developing that evidence. It’s not the only thing. We also have our own investigations going on.”
Attorneys representing those interested parties will be allowed to question witnesses called by Director of Public Prosecutions Bernard Turner.
Following the death of Ms Smith, Mr. Stern reportedly became the next witness with the most interaction with Daniel before he died.
Larry Birkhead – Dannielynn’s father – has asked to testify. Also on the witness list are South Carolina real estate mogul G. Ben Thompson and Ford Shelley – the father and son-in-law pair who claim to have lent Ms. Smith the money for the million-dollar Eastern Road mansion she shared with Dannielynn and Mr. Stern.
The October 30 date was the third date set for this inquest to officially begin.
The first date given for Smith’s inquest – October 23, 2006 – came and went with nothing happening.
The second date given for the inquest to begin was March 27, 2007.
The inquest did indeed start on that day with a full complement of local and international press crowding the small room designated as the Coroner’s Court in Royal Victoria Gardens, but it ground quickly to a halt when the jury selection process was challenged by lawyers representing Mr. Stern.
Mr. Stern wanted to be allowed to question the jurors to determine their impartiality – an impossibility under the Coroner’s Act.
The jury was empanelled for about two hours Tuesday morning and the media barred from the court.
At 11:45am the jurors were called into court. About 14 jurors left the court shortly after noon – the remaining jurors were sworn in.
Although the court had hoped to begin calling witnesses in the matter after a lunch break, Tropical Storm Noel changed the plan.
The Coroner’s Court was adjourned until 10am on November 19.
