I don’t think HKS will be alone Trisha. I am growing of the mind that he has mafia backing more and more.
There is more to this than HKS or a blond stripper. Obviously I don’t have the answers, but there are too many ‘finds’ that keep leading back to common denominators.
Who outside the mafia has an army of legals and media with Russian and Jewish roots but the mafia! And more paths end up landing on offshore / investment connections.
Daniel was on the inside and he grew terrified! To the point he was experiencing psychosomatic pains that would repeatedly hospitalize him! Why? What terrified him to that degree? I don’t think it was just a worm like HKS. IF his relationship with ANS was what Puke face tried to sell, I can’t believe Daniel would be in such fear of just HKS.
A half a billion is a lot of money but ..
12 years? A litany of lawyers which would require over a dozen splits? The multitude of lawyers HKS has accessed for years would reduce that ‘win’ down to little for each. All on a ‘maybe’ gamble? Also very telling to me, he does little but remains a Front Man while all others remain silent without egos to ‘brag’ and promote their own career? Doesn’t add up and is very characteristic of the mafia.
I agree he could never have imagined Virgie would gain such a champion. He had to be blind sided when JQ and his bank roll stepped in. It was going to be an easy ‘take’ and .. oops! Deep pockets arrived to help a grandma. I doubt JQ even knew at the time how far this reached. But the Lord is wise and .. deep pockets WITH strong connections to step in of his own.
What really is ironic; JQ could lose the slander suit and still go car shopping. Of all the gin joints, in all the towns, in all the world, he walked into Virgie’s life. :D
He isn’t squeaky clean, who is. But I believe his heart is right and the Lord will reward good! THAT is HKS’s biggest mistake.
that’s not so easy these days... hks is plotting and planning like mad, and it’s hard for me to keep up

i think you are absolutely correct. the other piece of information about daniel is that approx 6 weeks before his death - hks went to CA (to visit his sick dad) and also visited with Daniel. Days after that visit, Daniel started getting sick and been hospitalized..
