I read about mushrooms. They can be made into a tea. Maybe Howard made Anna a little brew and put it in a white bottle with a red stripe so Riley wouldn’t know what it was. The article also said to have a responsible person there if you are going to do mushrooms. The effects can last from four to six hours. I wish FS would press charges against Howard for child endangerment.
Howard wouldn't know how much chloral hydrate would kill her...but KE would...That's why I think the phone from KE to Howard on the morning Anna died was "instructions". The "Director" needed "Directing".
About the Chloral Hydrate...Who else knew Anna was taking this besides KE and Howard? It WASN'T mentioned in the early autopsy. Who "cued" him?
I have said right along that "somewhere" there's a "sealed record" and that's why no one knows him, his parents are silent and he doesn't want to give out his DNA.

I have a feeling that the “sperm donor” never got paid...we know Anna doesn’t like to pay bills...and that started the whole “I am daddy” bit by everyone.

looks to my old eyes as if it’s ans and riley in the pool, Mrs. Shelley in black and don’t know about the others. Don’t know if Shelleys have any other children? but the person at the feet of (Mrs. Shelley) looks like he’s playing with/feeding treats to the dogs? Just guessing it’s Mrs. Shelley by the hair length and body build.
Shelley said they came over because their own power was off, and so I would venture an assumation that it was they who decorated the house and spent some time by the pool with Anna/Rikey before they left to ‘run errands’. (is what I think they said is why they left). It was after they left, that the shenannigans began...imo
It doesn’t appear that ANS has any clown makeup on in the pool, so that must have been after this pool photo series was taken? (or could it have been after they came back, and the pool water washed off the clown makeup?)
Shelley said he had asked ANS for the clown video and she said that she would give him a copy but never did (geraldo show). So I’m assuming that ans was not in clownface when the Shelleys returned to collect Riley???

Court documents first obtained by CelebTV.com show that Anna Nicole Smith’s former companion and lawyer, Howard K. Stern, has filed a claim against the former Playboy Playmate’s estate.
Stern, the executor of Smith’s estate, filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court on Oct. 18, apparently to protect a prior agreement with the late actress.
The new court papers obtained by CelebTV.com specify Stern is seeking 6% of any money the estate gets from Smith’s late oil-tycoon husband, J. Howard Marshall II’s, estate.
“A contingent fee agreement on file with the Bankruptcy Court and incorporated by this reference pertaining to the Marshall litigation, payment of which is conditioned upon recovery in the Marshall litigation, and the amount will be six percent (6%) of the Estate’s net recovery, if any,” the papers read.
Anna Nicole Smith was married to the late J. Howard Marshall II for 13 months, from 1994 until his death in 1995. The actress died in February.
