I don’t drink red wines at all. Occasionally, I’ll have a rose’ or a white Zinfandel, but my wine of choice with ANY meal is always moselle. (Or mosel, in Deutschland.)
Rose/ is quite out for me; something in those doesn’t agree with me. White or red is fine, but I steer away from rose/.
