Art Bell is back tonight as he subs for George Noory. Will we hear about Area 51? Chupacabra? Ghosts? Alien abductions? Shadow people? Time travel? Global superstorms? The face on Mars? Life on other planets?
Lock this thread. She beat me.
This could be the “Shadow Thread”!
I didn’t know you were a fan. Were you on the ArtBellFans emailing list?
The guest coming up, Graham Hancock is really quite good. Travels the globe examining such oddities as the Great Pyramids, Inca ruins and such, and hypothesizes a common origin of these ancient civilizations. Not a crank. Author of Fingerprints of the Gods. Great book for those interested in such things.
He was the only thing on late at night. I liked the entertainment value. I wasn’t on an email list.
* and posted earlier here.
Did he just run the Minot disinfo?! I just tuned in.
No, it was just something he could have fun with on a subject that hasn't been beaten do death in the past few months.
He should talk about Israel -> Syria. Not a regular listener, sometimes in my truck. I did tune in for Ian Punnit when I remembered.

***Yup. I used to work graveyard shift, and his show was definitely more interesting than others. Kept me awake.
I’m remote viewing Art’s show....
Ed Dames fan, are ya?
That guy strikes me as a charlatan.
95% of the folks on Coast to Coast are charlatans. Including Ed.
Some are merely crackpots. The difference between a crackpot and a charlatan is that one believes the stuff and the other doesn’t.
Me, I’m a crackpot for Christ. Plus, there’s a few other inductive pursuits I find fascinating. Um, politics is one, and that’s why I’m on this forum. There’s others, and Art touches on one or 2 of them.
I’m still waiting for Art’s Quickening. LOL
It probably went into and out of retirement a few times...
I signed up for his email list when he had “Art’s Parts”, which were supposedly pieces of a crashed flying saucer from Roswell sent to him. I predicted that they would be: 1) Man made material, available in 1947, mostly aluminum; 2) Sinterized.
Linda Molton Howl analyzed the material and basically confirmed what I predicted. I logged off the email list when I got too busy at school, plus it was getting really weird. The famous Stan Deyo was on the list, and he claimed that he had been working with Dr. Teller down in Antarctica on some flying saucers, it started to get too bizarre.
I got the distinct impression that there was some real disinformation being planted. For instance, after Art Bell started getting a lot of publicity for his parts, he received a SECOND letter, ostensibly from the same military guy. But this time the parts had “antigravitic” properties and other wonderful anomalies that weren’t available in the 1940’s, so it appeared that the military guys just sent Art some cool off-the-shelf weird metal and tried to mix it in with the old stuff. It worked, even though I pointed out that the new stuff was probably disinformation.
When it comes to aliens, I take the same position as I do on bigfoot. When someone bags one and I get to see it, I’ll believe it.
On bigfoot, I suppose I’m the same.
Here’s the best book ever on UFOs. With this kind of evidence, even if I see a bagged alien I might still have 2nd thoughts.
