I’m relating to you with the job issues.
I am now doing the work of 4 people along with my own.
No pay increase, and thanks to the dems the incentive budget no doubt will have disappeared also.
On the up side, I hit 30 years on the 15th of Aug.
We have been told our budget is being cut in HALF across the board.
Someone is going to have to learn the word “No”, lickety split.
I keep trying to say “no” diplomatically, but it is falling on deaf ears. I’ve worked 12 hours today, and I worked 15 hours yesterday. Unfortunately if I worked 50 hours a day, the project wouldn’t get done. :(
