To: Overtaxed

Baseboard heating would work and use up a lot less floor space. We have an old one upstairs in the bedroom and it has a thermostat but no timer, but that could just be because it is 30 years old. LSA

Floor space isn’t an issue....assuming I haven’t allowed the frap to accumulate. :) Usually, floor space is tight only when I’m doing potting/re-potting. I’ve got pots and bags of potting soil spread out all over the place!
