I guess so. I mean that the picture on our album from the 50s was the same as the one on the CD. It’s a CD of that album - that’s what we had.

Or maybe that’s what you meant.

77. 43 appreciation gifts, however small
78. Making an entire batch of peanut butter pinwheels, but leaving out the condensed milk

6 more. Shows are sold out today and tomorrow.

This too shall pass. ;-)

Good Morning - great picture.

I note, with some dismay and/or consternation that the ‘light wintery mix’ is sticking to various and sundry horizontal and vertical surfaces with equal tenacity.

It’s getting slick out there, take care when you go for your walk.

BTW - Gypsy is unamused by the condition of her deck and back yard.

Heh. Ain’t no walking going on today except for the short trip out to the compost pile and back. There’s a glazing on the car so I guess I’ll have to re-shelve stuff in the garage again.

Morning Win-mag. I passed along a couple of the HH folders to co-workers for their young ‘uns who headed to the sandbox last year. Both are rotated back now. They really didn’t think they would be using the knives very much, turns out they say they used ‘em darn near every day. The dads said they wished they had a good folder knife like that when they did their tours 35 years ago.

Yup, a garage would be handy. I think you’ll find the glazing is sticking pretty tight.

heh, I prefer my ‘glazing’ on a donut, preferably from Lamar’s.

Let’s see
Bread, milk, eggs, kitty litter, coffee - check
Recharged batteries - check
Found inverter - check
Firewood dry - check
Cell phones charged - check
Full gas tank - check

Hmmmm...didn’t check kitty litter. Think I’m at half a box. Well...in an emergency, I can always use the non-clumping kind I keep in the trunk.

I’ve got milk, eggs, stuff to make bread if I have to (and I’ve got pizza dough thawing out for supper tonight). I’m not planning on soup today but I bought some fresh apple cider to make hot spiced cider later on today.

I suppose I should charge up the cell phone....hope we don’t lose power.

Finished niece blanket. It's not very photogenic (and I'm a lousy photographer, but it feels nice.

That turned out SO nice! My Daddy always wondered how something with so many holes could be so warm! The bebe is gonna love it. My kids used to just squeeze their little crochet blankets between their fingers all the time, cause they were so soft. They get even softer after many washings, which, of course happens when it’s used by a little bebe.

OB just left to get the evil SUV; he took it in for an oil change and it needed new brakes, they’d missed it last time (sigh). They gave him a loaner, a new SUV with a keyless entry & start. He had a devil of a time trying to figure out how to get the engine to turn on. Technogeeks, we’re not.

Still trying to decide whether to go to the wedding tonight or not. If we go, I’m wearing my unfashionable, but safe, Carolina steel-toed boots.
