Oh well.
I just finished up some taping and called it an afternoon.
I don’t do night meetings. :)

Oh jeez... LOL... somebody needs to walk up behind that dude and pop a balloon. Flinch test. Pass/Fail.

Oh jeez... LOL... somebody needs to walk up behind that dude and pop a balloon. Flinch test. Pass/Fail.I just finished watching the latest ep of Mythbusters. As usual, light on science, heavy on test-beyond-destruction. I enjoy the show because I'm either laughing at them, or yelling at them.
One myth required them to do some shooting with a muzzleloader on the San Francisco police range. I doubt if average San Francisco gun owners (either one of them) would be allowed on a police range, but their TV show has special access.
I found it quite disturbing to see bullet holes in areas of the structure where there shouldn't be any. Especially since these are "professionals". I wonder if the cops, or the show, realize what kind of image they're projecting?

Dang it. had a sea story along those lines all typed up and hit submit and my hotel i-net connection barfed and lost it. Oh well.
Short version is that I’ve gotten to see a newbie stitch a nice row of holes into the cieling when trying full-auto with an M16 for the first time. Was funny, after a few hectic seconds and a dive-tackle to secure the weapon. :-)

That’s an absolutely amazing animated graphic. As far as I can tell, the left and right sides wrap around, as does the top and bottom.

It makes a killer desktop gif. Just put it on “tile”.
It’ll either hypnotize you or induce an epileptic fit. :-)
