I was thinking that in the last picture of him above - natural western pleasure - head set and all.
LOL....funny you should mention that:). I’d never seen him go around with his head down like that. We didn’t have a clue back when we first started riding him about getting a head set on a horse, so just always rode with a tie down. As I was watching him move like that I hollered at Jenny, “what’s he doing with his head down like that”....she answered, “he’s sniffing the ground” :), I’d let Harley in there this week to eat some of the grass, I guess Rock was checking out the poop piles.
Once he got around he’s head came back up like he is in the videos. When I start riding him tomorrow, I’m going to do the flexing exercise I did with Harley to help his head set. We’ll see if you can teach an old dog new tricks:), or if he can even flex that big stud neck.
