I was wondering about seeds inside the fruit.
I asked Larry before about putting gates across the alley and he said he didn’t think we could because it would be a fire escape lane.
I’d think as long as it could be opened from the inside, kind of like a fire door, that it would be ok. I’d definately ask the fire marshall, coz alleys like that are just prime places for all kinds of mischief.
They are all over Alabama because I remember seeing them all the places I lived growing up. They just grow out in the edges of undergrowth and are weed/vines. Shirley, our riding buddy, says you wait till the fruit has dried and eat the middle out and they are GOOD. I didn’t know it then and haven’t seen any to try it yet. I always thought they were really pretty.
