That ladder looks like it’s all one piece!

It was actually in 2 pieces, with 4 big bolts or rivets in the middle of both sides, but STILL, even those were huge.

What about the landslide?

I think the landslide was Kari's reference to Faith and Blade nearly sliding off the side of the cliff during the bee run.

Landslide: It was the fact that Soldier stopped on the wild run up the hill from the bees. Faith had no where to go and she was standing on a steep slope with her front feet under her chin. I could feel her sliding backwards and hear rocks sliding into the ravine below. Hence the screaming and moaning. I forgot about the bees till I got out of that slide. Hal finally had to get off and lead Soldier to get him out of her way so she could come up. She's such a good horse, too! She was very good all day and it was the first time she had been away from home since the end of April when she got cut and sewn up. I was proud of her. Good girl! Brag, brag, brag!

I thought this picture was neat. The rocks were huge and they made a tunnel when they fell.
