The weather weenies around here were foaming at the mouth about all the tornados out your way so I’m glad to hear that you didn’t get blown away. We got some much-needed rain yesterday evening and today, but thankfully no storms.
I was glad to hear about the guy who came to look at Harley too. I hope he turns out to be the right kind of owner for him and decided to take him. I’m impressed with your clean-up efforts too. Man, that’s a big-@$$ dumpster! ;o)
I just had way to much to do this weekend to get ready for our trip to be able to go riding with Frog and HaveFaith. I got the floor done in the trailer, I pulled up the old carpet and put down linoleum in the living quarters on Saturday. Sunday I did laundry and packed stuff into the trailer and cleaned the tack area and cleaned my garage, even got in time to groom a terrier. Monday I mowed the front yard, side yard, small pasture and half of the big pasture, no more yellow flowers (until next weekend). We bought an automatic waterer for the water trough and I had to level out the ground so it would work. On one end I had to dig out 4” deep by 69” long then decrease it as the slope decreased. Needless to say I am plum wore out today. I was so tired yesterday I forgot to eat all day and went to bed at 9:00 but I guess cause I was so tired I could not sleep. Did not fall asleep until 12:30am then had to get up (or should I say my alarm went off) at 5:30.
