Becky, I'm glad that you checked in! I'm sorry to hear that your going to be selling the house, but the arrangement in town doesn't sound half bad, and it will be nice that you still get to have another horse someday.

It's only in the 20s today. Brrr. I really don't feel like doing much of anything until it hits at least 40.
