Spontaneous is good sometimes :) Have fun, call if you need anything.
Have fun Beaker:)
I think my cat has disappeared...I haven’t seen him for 2 days, and he is never ever hardly ever anywhere but the house or garden:(
Oh no! I hope he shows up!
Oh no - praying that he shows up.
Spontaneous and outrageous can be fun! You have fun Beaker!
Frogs bed partner? Oh no! I hope he turns up, maybe just a hunting expedition or a rendezvous like Beaker!
Well, thanks...
Mainly hoping he isn’t hurt somewhere and can’t get home. But if he is gone for good, it may be for the best. When I move, he’d have had to be an indoor cat, and I’m not sure how happy he would have been with that.
Yep, Frog’s bed partner.
Thanks. It helps to have a good subject.
I didn’t know THE FELLOW lives in California. Is he the same one that was to teach you the tango or a different one? I must have missed something.
Maybe the people that buy the house would take him since he is used to the place, he is a good kitty. OR could one of the kids take him?
That’s always the worry, whether they need help or something. Has anything happened that might have spooked him under the house to hide out or anything?
LOL...I’m hoping to pawn Grizzly off on the new owners...he wont’ make it as a city dog either, and besides I’ll have one dog down there already that will have to be walked, two would be a bit much. I think he’d be happiest staying here, he likes all people:)
My kids all have all the cats and dogs they need, but worse comes to worse, they’d take him, and the cat. I just don’t know how hard it would be to re-locate either one of them. I hate putting that on anyone.
I haven’t seen or heard anything. I looked under the house as far as I could, and called, no answer so far.
Since we’re on the topic too...anyone have any suggestions on how to catch, and carry Nikki. I’ve been putting off what needs to be done with her, mainly because I’m not sure how to get her to the vet. 1. I’m afraid she might bite if I tried to catch and pick her up. 2. Mainly because I think it will hurt her. She won’t hardly let me even touch her. I don’t want to hurt her. Is there anything I can give her to tranquilize her to get her to the vet? She’s not in good shape at all.
Grizzly’s a good dawg. You let me know if he really needs a new home.
And then to the vet I use won’t mess with a dog that might bite. He’d give me the muzzle to put on her...but how do you do that?
LOL....Yeah, he is a great dog:), and I really hate to think of parting with him, but can you see him in town??:) He’d be sitting in a chair next to all the old men joining in:)
Poor Nikki. I imagine it’ll be hard to manage her. If she could be led, you could make some kind of ramp to help her into the truck, but that’s not easy, is it?
You ought to be able to get some Ace from the vet and tranquilize her, if you can get her to eat it. Mash it up and put it in something particularly good. I normally give two to our big dogs for the 4th. I imagine 3 would make her fairly unconscious.
Then get her in a crate, and then getting help lifting it would be the easiest... perhaps you could get a vet to come out to you, too.
Another idea... I know you used to say you put her in the horse trailer when you went on rides... it’s not as high, if you can get her to go in there.
It may all come to nothing....there’s probably a very good chance I’m going to be here for a while....I don’t think this place will sell very fast.
