Lily has been claimed by Sarah. I told her I think it’s a he but she’s not gonna have that.
Bob is the horse I was riding in that picture. Most of my bunch have kinda un-horsey names. ;o)

Well, if it’s a he, you can always have the vet make him an it, that might be close enough to make her happy.
The pain!
Better than no gas I guess though. This was in Arizona. This store has a lot of cool stuff, including a big firworks room. They said they had just got a delivery of gas too. Everyone had to evacuate and it burned all around but they saved the store.
Space food
I was going to post some pics of a dust storm but I'm missing the disc. I wasn't sure what to do so I just treated it like a blinding rain. (flashers, slow down but don't stop and watch the center line). It didn't last long enough for us to get too concerned but at one time I couldn't see too much ahead. We turned off the ac too. I wasn't sure if the dust would get sucked in.
I stayed at a haunted hotel.... The phone kept ringing. I called the switchboard. There were no outside calls coming in. I asked her to just turn it off. About 1am in started ringing again. This was a new hotel and they told us that they had this problem at this room before but couldn’t figure out why. My mom took the receiver off the hook. She wanted to move to another room but I wasn’t lugging all our stuff upstairs. If it had rang again though...:’) The clerk voided my bill the next morning . I figured she might have gave us a discount but she didn’t charge me at all.
Yeah but you have to look for Bob. He blends in :’)
OH! He IS kinda the same color as the rocks isn’t he. Duuuuuh...I’m a little slow on the up-take sometimes. ;o)
Cool pics of the desert and the space stuff though. Driving in a dust storm would be weird. Good idea to turn off the A/C. I don’t think I’d’ve thought of that.

Gas is almost as high here now as it was where you were. Doesn’t look like an end in sight.

Yes, my shoes were filling up with cold water, it is a pretty funny expression though I do have to admit.
It happened to fast to feel anything but hitting the ground. Knocked the wind out of me, landed on my back and the compression broke 3 ribs in the front. Could have been worse, she was coming over backwards and if I had not pushed off to the left she would have been on top of me.
It was gorgeous, definitely God's country. I am anxious to go back, I want to take my daughter next time.
That is what gas is here now as of last weekend. Scary!

Blade, Frog, loved the pictures...looked like a great ride.
I have a horsey report:)...Kristy came and got Harley last night and took him to the ranch to ride with some of her barrel friends. From her report, he did great and will make a heck of a barrel horse, which I always believed he would. She’s excited now to start hauling him to some races. That should give him some good exposure also.
Today, I plan on finishing getting the house cleaned up from this weekends mess, to get ready for next weekends mess:). And maybe go with Charlie to look at a job. Tonight I’m going to a ladies get together at Kristy’s mothers house. Tonight we are having Lebanese food, I made taboli, and there will be cabbage rolls and humus dip, and barbeque.
So another busy day...Tomorrow I’ll keep the boys, then I plan on picking up paint, and Thrus. plan on spending the whole day getting started painting the rooms that the ceilings are done in.
I swear, I’m more busy now then when I was working 40 hours a week at Walmart. I enjoy it, but get a bit overwhelmed sometimes, and just have to sit down and breath:)
The weather today is hot and very humid. Wouldn’t surprise me if storms kick up.
