CM? Notice that the older you get the slower you get up from a chair, cook breakfast IF you want too? Notice the ‘nodding’ when reading and smile when the guy behind you in your car starts blowing his horn at a stop sign?
In the stores, the smiles that come to your face when you see a little tot acting kinda bad and momma fussing at him or her? And the first thing out our mouth each morning is ‘thank you Lord for allowing me to face another day?
Yep, we older folks have so much to be thankful for you younger folks, know that we do things on OUR time, not yours.

Day has dawned here, but, alas, there was no sunrise.

If we are to believe the weather dude, it will be raining in a couple of hours. The weather screen in the office shows weather cells moving this way.

Hubby is mowing the lawn, eventho there is still dew on the grass. He is leaving later today on a business trip and wants the dirty deed done before he leaves.

I will not go into the differences he and I have over the proper way to mow a lawn. (resisting the urge to wring his neck, yet again)

Good morning to all from sunny Hoosierland....we are going to have lots of hot days for awhile....I love the hot weather except when I have to mow!

I have had these jaw,neck,ear problems ever since the temporary was installed on my broken tooth.

After the permanent cap was placed, it improved, but it’s now beginning to simply drive me nutz. The area under my chin is tender and my gums hurt. Also the cords in my neck.

I should have gotten something done about making an appointment this past week, but I was busy and it didn’t get done. Now I’ve reached the point where the pain is depressing and is causing me to eat things I ordinarily wouldn’t eat (bread and jelly, pudding, ice cream).

This morning, I would really like to curl up in a ball. I just don’t have the energy to tackle anything.

But I have gc arriving shortly. So I will tough it out and get thru another day.
