They should set up a sting and carefully investigate ANYONE who would want to adopt this animal.

I’m beginning to wonder, myself, if the dog had not been trained to do this and it was supposed to be used for porn purposes.

I just can’t see this happening unless “someone” (the mother who disappeared ???) held the child down.

Maybe the dog escaped and the mother lied to the neighbor to protect herself.

People have done worse to kids.
