The indictments are federal, so I assume any incarceration would be federal. Too bad, I understand that state prisons are harder time. Even so, I'm guessing that Vick's gangsta persona will be real popular with the Aryan Brotherhood. Vick might find out first-hand what some of his dogs had to go through.
