Police Chief Daniel Kortan said the rules of the house were that the person who lost had to give someone else a chance to play.
I wonder what the "rules of the house" are on not letting someone else get a chance to play? Apparently, SHARING was not taught in the home.

Rule number 2) Non-confirmity to Rule number 1 is a death penalty offense.
Rule number 3) No snitching.
Rule number 4) Keep it real.
