and one is if he left a horcrux, which I believe he did. Creating a horcrux requires a murder, and although I have no doubt Dumbledor would hesitate to kill, I rather doubt he would murder.

It is known that he killed the dark wizard Grindewald in 1945. I suppose we could debate forever whether that was a murder, self-defense, or justifiable homicide.
