I looked at some of your past posts. I like that you take an interest in the founders of this country, like your top ten list. You have knowledge of these men. What do you dislike about Jefferson?

Jefferson was a rumor monger, and attempted to destroy people by stabbing them in the back using rumor, while being pleasnt to their face. It was Jefferson who started the rumor that Washington was senile.

Washingtton had inside information aout this and confronted Jefferson about it; TJ denied and lied, and Washington never spoke to him again.

Jefferson was full of talk and little walk. Including running like a coward and abandoning his post when the Brits were coming to town.

He had some good ideas, but I wouldn’t trust him to necessarily implement them for anyone but himself. Was he horrible? No. But he is DEFINITELY the Most Overrated Founder.

He comes next to Lincoln and FDR as being 1 of the most overrated American icons, period.
