When I say it seems like everyone else liked ratatouille, I mean the critics. The kids in the audience were not laughing so much like they did at the other movies. Ask a kid. I’d be interesting in their feedback.
I saw it with my neices last week in preview and we all liked it. It’s not perfect but I would rate it a 7 out of 10 which to me is a good passing grade.
And the funny thing is that they had to put a pronounciation guide under the title in the ads. Why make a kids movie with a title that they can neither pronounce nor spell? Remember Madagascar, anyone?
My girls (5 and 7) loved it. So did my wife and I.
Then again, my wife and I are “foodies”.
