Not saucers per se, but, objectively speaking, some sort of unusual aircraft, the II Samuel reference describing a possible air attack craft, and the Ezekiel references describing something that has rotating wings and wheels.
In ancient Hindu texts, specifically the Mahabarata and the Ramayana, written at roughly the same time as the Old Testament books, all kinds of flying machines are clearly described as engaged in aerial combat during a "war of the gods."
