Quite expensive. The “Growth Management Act” has greatly diminished the amount of buildable land, which has really driven up prices within the urban boundary. It also doesn’t hurt that Microsoft is expanding, and they pay well.
Ah. Like Las Vegas. Twenty years ago, you could buy a hugh house for $60,000. Now, you’re lucky to find one for $250,000.
