I agree about being stewards of the land...which is why I consider myself a conservationist. But I also believe that it's perfectly OK to exploit natural resources (timber, oil, minerals, whatever) for the betterment of humanity. It's the "environmentalists" that muck everything up.

I would love to see some rain...at least it would result in an end to all the gnashing of teeth over "the driest year ever" (more B.S.).

I think any resouce we have that can be renewed, we should do that. But as for oil and ore, they are here for our use. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!
