Setting the question of actual implementation of either acronym aside, how would you differentiate between the NAU and the CFR's NAC? How would you suggest we tell them apart?

How many more times will a link to that paper be posted on this thread? Is anyone interested in actually discussing any portion of it, and how that portion is evidence of [whatever one wishes to prove]? Or is it simply one of those "I posted it, thread over" sort of things? I mean, just because other people are doing it doesn't mean you should fall to that standard.
