Sounds congruent with how I see him. But let me ask some questions, please . . .
1. Is he as authentic as he appears to be?
2. Have you ever had any hint that he was being used in carefully scripted ways by the powers that be? What did he think of that possibility?
3. How have his family handled all this?
4. Did you believe him when you were in relationship?
5. What other insights or info can you share from those conversations?
He was/is a very good emergency physician. I worked with him for about 7 years. He appeared to be well grounded in reality as far as Medical matters went.He was quite naive as far as military/government matters went. I was/am ex-military with some experience in matters I won’t go into except that my frequent statement to Steve was “You are messing with people who DO NOT PLAY BY THE RULES”. He was unconvinced until the Black Blazers situation, and then he started listening to me (in some things). He found out quite by accident (funny story) that his phone was tapped, and came to me for help/instruction about ways to protect himself and family. He has a beautiful wife and beautiful children (one special needs). My statement to him was “ I am a small fish in a small pond who wishes to stay that way (plus continue to waste oxygen). It was not long after that that he sold his NC home and bought a horse farm in Virginiato be nearer to Washington DC.He did take some of my safety suggestions to heart. I did strongly discourage his request for me to teach him to shoot. I didn’t have time to teach him properly and he would have probably shot his toe off without proper training. I did point him to someone who would teach him.His wife was very smart and educated. I think she was helping with the research and was quite organized.
