Dirt is not a bad thing JOhnn
it makes the veggies grow
the steak you like
was fed on grass and hay,
which sprouted from the dirt.

We gotta have the dirt you know
it’s what our homes stand upon
like fire and ice, the dirt is nice
a basic element needed to sustain
a body of people in a sea of grain.

zooming in and out, of flower
trumpets like a bird who hums
his way about?

Did you know this is a moth who
looks like a baby hummer
the first time I saw one
I thought I was a dreamer.
