On cooking:
“Do you use frozen bread dough? It seems to work well for many baked items.”
Only thing I’ve done with frozen dough is thaw it, roll bits of it flat, place a mixture of ground chuck, half cooked wild rice, a pat of butter, garlic,onion powder, and a drollop of stone ground mustard. Place another dough layer over the top, pinch the edges, and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, brushing on butter as a glaze. Serve with twice baked potatoes, and veggies lightly fried in olive oil.
Makes a nice snack for two with a chardonnay, a lovely companion and a crackling fire.
