Just don’t name it the “Quicken Loans Arena.” Man, that’s lame.
go cavs
Didn’t the Spurs just move into a new arena just a few years ago?
Lebron and the Cavs will be back, but this simply is not the year for them. They ran into Duncan, the Spurs, and their dynasty at their peak.
Poor Cavs...
they out-rebounded the Spurs, had more assists, more blocks, fewer turnovers, hit more free throws (on fewer attempts), took 9 more shots and had one more basket than the Spurs...
they even kept Manu Ginobili without a single basket (and only 3 free throws, all in the last 10 seconds of the game... he had 25 in Game 2, and averaged over 20 pts for the past 11 playoff games)...
and yet somehow they still lost. Ouch.
I hope they at least win Game 4, just to avoid the sweep. The Spurs teammates’ thuggish tactics really turned me away from being a Tim Duncan fan anymore.
Go JAZZ!!!
75-72 is not a low score, lets see them play to a 0-0 tie or a 2-0 shutout... ;-)
A special hello to all the “Spurs are dirty” or “Spurs are thugs” crowd! Nice to see you have been drinking the ESPN brand of Kool-Aid or the special brand of low-grade whine they brew only in Phoenix!
Bottom line: Spurs had their worst game offensively of these playoffs, and still beat the Cavaliers! This series is over!
Go Spurs Go
Maybe it’s time to put these games back on tv in the afternoons since the ratings are so low.
