I think they are picking on her.
I know that there are lots of illegals running around free that did a lot worce than this kid.
She’s an airhead and emotional basket case. But I’ve heard (hearsay I know, so don’t blast me, have a relative in Cal. legal system) that for the same crime, illegals get 2 days, and that never gets enforced. I think as this unfolds we’ll find that this was on the Sheriff’s mind.
We can’t round up illegals who get drunk, get in a car and kill Americans, but we can slam a mental midget because we are jealous of her. As far as I know, she didn’t kill anyone.

I've been getting some serious flames since yesterday for saying the same thing. She deserves what she got but the early release is done every single day---yet actual FReepers want her to get the max penalty. Oh well, they're entitled to their opinions too.

Jealousy has nothing to do with it. The fact that this spoiled brat has behaved as though the law doesn't apply to her, and arrogantly spit in the face of the justice system does.
Everyone in this country should be subject to the rule of law, even Paris. She needs to learn that.
