You and the other lady on this thread I've been arguing with are not the first folks I've seen here gloat over crime and punishment.

I'm not gloating. I'm stunned that anyone would minimize the danger she poses to others. She has totally disregarded everything the law has told her. She has not complied with any of her restrictions, didn't attend drunk driving school and never paid her fine. And drove on a suspended. She drinks and drives and we know she does drugs too. She just hasn't been caught driving while on drugs. With the 2nd DOSL, she was speeding and driving without headlights. How can you minimize that? You think she didn't deserve jail time. House arrest doesn't work. She was going to have a party for being released but went back to jail. How would house arrest be a deterrent? The punishment is supposed to "cost" you something. Having a PARTAAAAY is celebrating getting away with it.

This woman believes there are no boundaries for her. On the road she's traveling, she could easily end up dead and taking someone with her. Her disregard for law is serious.

btw...you or soccermom said I would not be defending Rosie if she were in trouble....it would depend on the circumstances.

I defended Martha Stewart as being singled out here and she is no babe and certainly a huge liberal.

I base my views on what is presented as fair, customary or just plain facts in these cases from all I can glean from folks who should know in the papers and on TV. The emotive reasoning on display here and ijn the general public should be irrelevant.

You and others keep on and on about so much tangential stuff that has nothing to do with the circumstances of her charges and sentencing. The tangential stuff(slut, drugs, liberal, no boundaries, etc) should not matter except in the court of public opinion which ya’ll are admiteedly on the majority side.

It seems like vindicative spectator sport to me but have fun. We’re beating dead horses here.
