I don’t believe she was ever off the hook for the 45 days, the media announced reduction was based on a time off for good behavior.

All things considered, there is a school of thought which holds that her non street life background makes jail time much much stiffer.

That said, she should still get time off for good behavior same as anyone else.

From what I heard the other prisoners were taunting Paris. If she was having a tough time before this fiasco, imagine what it will be like after this stunt. I’m sure the other prisoners are fuming. If Paris continues to scream and cry, she won’t get any time off for good behavior.

It’s a real delicate balance. Solitary keeps you safe from the other inmates, but then you’re stuck with yourself. Solitary can drive you crazy.

I doubt there’s any chance of that. Not anymore. They have to make an example of her now. Prove that the law applies to everyone equally. Events will be very closely scrutinized from here on out, and you know that judge is watching the sheriff’s dept for any sign of a pay-off.
