Apples and oranges. Was it the same judge? Probably not. Hilton was cut some slack when she got probation for DUI. She was caught driving while suspended and they cut her some slack again. The next time she was caught, she was sentenced to 45 days. The max is 90.

Don't complain when someone is rightly sentenced because someone else isn't. Are you suggesting Hilton should be let go because others didn't pay enough? That's not how it works.

Yes it was, Judge Michael T. Sauer, the same judge who originally sentenced her to 45 days. As I said before most individuals charged with the same violations that she was only spend a few hours, days or a week in jail if that. It was her own stupidity that got her 45 days because if she didn't act like an arrogant skank during her first sentence hearing with Judge Sauer, such as not being late for court, her mother not hackle the judge during sentencing, and shown some remorse she probably would not have been given a much lighter sentence, i.e. a few days at the most with house arrest. But since she played the "Paris I'm a Dimwit Clown" act with a arrogant b itch for a mother she got a harsher sentence for what she was charged for.
